2. How does the guarantee work?
   Restaurant eFund reimbursement plans will often be tailored to your individual situation; however, with our standard program, there are three simple guarantee requirements:  The address and 10-digit phone number of the check writer is all that is needed to be on each check. Check writers that are reported on Your Location's Hot List are guarantee exceptions.  The check amount is $50.00 or less.

3. When do I get paid?  
   If we actually collect the returned item you are immediately reimbursed.  If the item is guaranteed it will be paid no more than 30 banking days from receipt at the processing center.

4. What about account closed checks?  
   They are guaranteed. We GUARANTEE to pay ALL BAD CHECKS, including all return types except stolen and forged checks, from the moment you join our service until you tell us to stop paying you (not likely!).  Best of all, our service is always absolutely FREE to restaurants and other businesses.

5. How much does your service cost ?   
   Our service is absolutely free.  There is no set up fee, no equipment to buy and there are no monthly fees.

6. Do you keep a percentage of the check?  
   No. We return 100% of the face value of all bad checks to you that are collected and guaranteed.

7. How do you reimburse me?  
   We can reimburse you by check or Electronic Funds Transfer, whichever you prefer. You will receive a detailed Reimbursement Report with each payment.

8. If your service is FREE to me, how do you get paid?  
   To keep our service totally free to you, state fees plus a reasonable bank fee are charged to the bad check writer not to the merchant.  These fees are how we are able to provide you a TOTALLY FREE SERVICE.

9. How do you report collection activity?   
   With Restaurant eFund guaranteed check reimbursement you receive comprehensive reporting.  We provide you with a web page with all the information you need updated daily.  You can also print a hot list from your Restaurant eFund CheckNet page.

10. Do I have to sign a contract?
